Over the next 23 years, he played a key role in growing that company into a nine-figure enterprise, eventually becoming Co-CEO. That lived experience — from the back office to the boardroom — is the foundation of SELDNAR’s approach: grounded, strategic, and built on a deep understanding of what it means to lead by serving first.
Meet the Founder – Tony Randles
Tony Randles began his career in agriculture where few executives start — as an intern in a small farm labor contracting business. What began with filing papers, organizing records, and doing what was needed grew into a 25-year journey of service, leadership, and transformation. Along the way, Tony helped guide the company through major growth and defining transitions, eventually serving in senior leadership during some of its most pivotal chapters.
That journey wasn’t only about business growth — it was about personal growth. Tony’s leadership philosophy was shaped early by his father’s example: show up early, speak with honesty, lead with humility, and never forget your roots. Those values carried him through crises, complex restructurings, and bold initiatives that reshaped organizations for the future.
Yet titles and milestones have never been Tony’s true measure of success. His life is anchored in faith and family. A devoted husband and proud father of four, he views leadership as stewardship — of people, opportunities, and trust.
Through SELDNAR, Tony now channels decades of experience into helping businesses move forward with strength and clarity. His focus is not only on building better systems, but also on fostering purpose, resilience, and lasting impact.
