Rooted in Experience. Built to Serve.

To serve well is to lead differently — with humility, vision, and action.

SELDNAR was founded on a simple principle: great businesses aren’t built overnight — they’re built with intention, integrity, and the right people by your side.

Our founder began his journey humbly — as an intern, often referred to as “the help,” in a modest farm labor contracting business. Over the next 23 years, he played a key role in growing that company into a nine-figure enterprise, eventually becoming Co-CEO. That lived experience — from the back office to the boardroom — is the foundation of SELDNAR’s approach: grounded, strategic, and built on a deep understanding of what it means to lead by serving first.

Meet the Founder – Tony Randles

Tony Randles began his career in agriculture the way few executives do — as an intern in a modest seven-figure farm labor contracting business. What started as “the help” — filing, organizing, doing what was asked — became a lifelong journey of service, growth, and transformation. Over 23 years, Tony helped that business grow into a nine-figure enterprise, ultimately serving as Co-CEO during one of its most defining chapters.

That growth wasn’t just financial — it was personal. Tony’s leadership style is deeply rooted in the lessons passed down from his father: show up early, speak with honesty, lead with humility, and never forget where you come from. Those values have guided him through crisis, complexity, and high-stakes decisions, including full-scale organizational restructuring, digital transformation, and leading a forensic analysis that reshaped the company’s future.

But for Tony, titles and milestones have never been the point. His true north is his faith and his family. A devoted husband and proud father of four, Tony’s life is anchored in spiritual purpose and a deep sense of responsibility to those he serves — both at home and in business. He believes leadership is about stewardship: of people, of opportunities, and of trust.

Now, through SELDNAR, Tony channels decades of hard-won experience and a servant-hearted philosophy to help businesses find clarity, build strength, and finish strong — not just with better systems, but with purpose that lasts.
